A Special Meeting of the Stttto Roads Commission waa hold at its offices in tho Union Trust Building, Baltimore), Md., this ,7ednesday, llovombor 15th, 1911, at 11 o'clock A. 1.1.
Prosent: Chairman Tucker, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd.
The minutes  of tho previous meeting  of the  Commiseion were road and approved.
The hour of twelve o'clock noon having arrivod, the Chairman proceeded to open bids on the following sections of road:
