Chairnan authorized to accept assignment of estimates.
On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Button, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:
"R3SOL7SD that the Chairman of the State Roads Commission be and he is hereby authorized on behalf of the State Roads Commission to accept and recognize any and all assignments of estimates that may be made by the contractors with the State Roads Commission, whether final or monthly, when same have been approved by the Commission".
On motion of Dr. Remsen, seconded by Mr. Hutton, it was ordered that the County Commlssionets of Montgomery County be reimbursed in the sum of $65. for injuries received by John H. Hilton at Maddox Quarry on Contract #0232 in Montgomery County.
Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Chief Engineer be granted
Loavo of Absence to Chief Engr. a leave of absence for ten days from this date. The motion was
seconded by Dr. Remsen, and adopted.
