Asphaltio Cement used on Garrison Avenue -Contract 0254 A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Thursday, November 9th, 1911, at 10:30 A. M. Present: Chairman Tucker, Dr. Remsen, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were read and approved. Dr. Remsen moved that Section A of the Daisy Hoad (Contract #206) in Howard County, be accepted, and the Chairman authorized to certify to the Comptroller for payment, the State'8 share in the work, amounting to $6561.14. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and adopted. The Chief Bngineer under date of October 31st, 1911, reported to the Board concerning the asphaltio cement used in the pavement on Sarrison Avenue, between stations 34 and 77, (Contract #0254 - P. Flanigan & Sons, Contraotors) stating that same does not comply with the specifications of either the State
