Heading of Minutes, A Speqial Meeting of the State Roads Commission was hold at its offices in the Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, October 23rd, 1911, at 10;30 A. H. Present: Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker, Button and Lloyd, The minutes of the previous mooting of the Commission were read, corrected and approved . Mr. Benson, Counsel to the Commission, submitted the following written report as to the title of the Baltimore and Seisterstown Bond of Conveyance & Agreement Turnpike Road within the limits of Baltimore City, and also a copy and report of Counsel as to the title of the Baltimore & Relsterstown Turnpike. of B proposed Bond of Conveyance and Agreement between the President , Managers and Company of the Baltimore and Reisterstown Turnpike Road and the State Roads Commission: "Supplementing my report of the 18th instant in regard to the rights of tho United Railways & Electric Co. upon the Baltimore & Releterstown Turnpike Road within the limits of Baltimore City, I "beg to say that the Railways Company possesses its rights by virtue of several agreements with the Turnpike Company by which certain annual rentals are paid to the latter. It is not my understanding that the State Roads Commission will purchase any of these rentals from the Turnpike Company* As a matter of fact, the rentals accrue from one entire contract covering the portion of the Turnpike lying in the County afl well as that in the City, and most of the rental agreements
