Adjournment,
ordered that if the County Commissioners of Caroline county contract and pay for the completion of the section of State Road heretofore under T. J. Barrett's contract £055, that the State Hoads Commission will, out of any future funds or bond issue available for this purpose, reimburse the County Commissioners of Caroline County for the cost of said work at the xinit prices set foi'th. in said Barrett's contract, provided the work is done under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the State Beads Commission.
On motion of l.lr. Hutton, seconded by I.Ir. Lloyd, the Chairman was directed to execute releases for quarry sites.
On motion of I.lr. Button, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the Chairman was authorized to serve notice on the authorities of Hopkins University that the State Hoads Commission would vacate the premises'.
On motion of IJr. Hutton, seconded by I.Ir. Lloyd, it was "R3SOL73D that the Governor, Austin L. Crothers1 action in purchasing the Conowingo Bridge, its approaches and properties at the sun of $88,000. be ratified and approved, and that the Chairman be authorized to draw the proper cheque to consummate said transaction, subject to an outstanding bond issue of

On motion of :.Ir. Lloyd, seconded by IJr. Hutton, it was ordered that innediately on the receipt of plans for the section of road between Laurel and Beltsville the road will be advertised.
On motion of IJr. Lloyd, seconded by IJr. Shoemaker, it was Ordered that ail bills, this day approved by the auditing Committee, be paid.
