A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Monday, August aist, 1911, at 10:30 o'clock A. LI. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tticker, Messrs. Shoemaker, Hutton and Lloyd. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were re&d and approved. The Chairman announced, that, in conformity with the resolution passed at the special meeting of the State Roads Commission, held August 10th, 1911, Contract #243, Patapsco Street, Anne Arundel County, had been awarded to H. B. Gray, Brooklyn, lid., at his bid, to wit: $18,326.07.
