On motion of Hr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the Chairman was authorized to certify, when prepared, to the Comptroller an estimate for work done on Contract No. 224-A, S. A. H.
On motion of Mr* Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the Chairman was authorized to notify the Hagerstown and Boonsboro Railroad Company that permission would be granted, on application, to extend, its tracks to the Public Square in Boonsboro, Washington County, on conditions satisfactory to the State Roads Commission.
On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the question of the removal of the toll-houses on the Emmittsburg Turnpike was referred to the Chairman and Engineer, with power.
On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the Chairman was authorized to purchase a stone crushing outfit for the Maintenance Department, to be used on the several turnpikes that have been acquired by the State Roads Commission.
On motion of Mr. Button, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the final estimates on Contracts HOB. 071, Webster Construction Company, and 054, Bolt Construction Company, were ordered paid.
On motion of Mr. Button, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the question of an outlet for sewer on Liberty Beights Avenue - Liberty Hoad - was referred to the Chairman and Chief Engineer, with power.
On motion of Mr. Button, seconded by iur. Shoemaker, the Counsel was authorized to prepare, and the Chairman to execute, an
Agreement \vith tflc.nigan as to agreement on Contract Ho. 0254 (P. Flanigan & Sons, Contractors) in Sheet Asphalt Paving.     conformity with the recommendations of the Chief Engineer, under
date of July 10th, 1911, pertaining to sheet asphalt paving.

Widening of bridge on Contract #6103.
On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Button, the question of surfacing Contracts llos. 0190 and 030 in Anne Arundel and Calvert Counties, respectively, was referred to the Chairman and Engineer.
On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Lloyd, the question of widening the bridge on Contract Ho. 0103, Queen Anne's County, at Station 343+, was referred to the Chairman and Engineer, with power.
