Contract #0183 of D.V.Ault to be taken over by Comm'n
On motion of Mr* Shoemaker, seconded by Dr. Remsen, it was agreed that Contract #0183 of D. ''• Ault & Company be taken over by the Commission, as contemplated by notice served on said D. V* Ault & Company on June 23rd, 1911.

On motion of Mr* Shoemaker, seconded by Dr* Remeen, the Chairman was instructed to at once enter condemnation proceedings on the Annapolis Boulevard, on the east side of the Annapolis Short I<lne Railroad between Hevell Station and Boone's, unless he can make some reasonable arrangements with the property owners as to rights-of-way.

On motion of Mr*  Shoemaker,  seconded by Dr. Remsen,  the Chairman was requested to notify Mr. Win.  J. Grove that the State Roads Commission supposed he had accepted the conditions named in the interview with him on June 19th,  but It now finds that he is not complying with the terms of his Contract #0242, and unless he does comply with same from this date forward, his contract will be forfeited.
