On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Dr. Remson, the Chairman was authorized to draw his warrant on the Comptrollor
of the Treasury for the "balance due on the appropriation for State Road £1, in accordance with Chapter 409 of the Acts of 1910.
On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the Chairman was authorized to draw his warrant on the Comptroller of the Treasury for the amount of money available from the receipts of licenses, as provided by Chapter 207 of the Acts of 1910.
Mr. Shoemaker moved that the bridge on State Ho ad $1 at Laurel be rebuilt by the Commission, under the supervision of its Engineering Department. The motion was seconded by Mr. Lloyd, and adopted.
Mr. Shoemaker moved that the action of the County Commissioners of Wicomico County in signing an agreement with the Keystone Lime & Stone Company for the delivery of stone for use on Contract #084, be approved. The motion was seconded
by Dr. Remsen, and adopted.
Dr. Remsen moved that the State's share of the following estimates of work done on State Aid Roads T>y Fisher & Oarozea, be certified to the Comptroller of the Treasury for payment :

The motion was seconded by Mr* Shoemaker, and adopted.
On motion of Mr. Lloyd, seconded by Mr* Shoemaker, the Chairman's action in executing contract with the Lorain Steel Company for supplying a branch-off on the Harford Road at the 7alley Park oar barn, (Contract #0251), was approved.
The County Commissioners of Caroline County, under date of June 24th, 1911, addressed a communication to the Secretary of the Commission, stating they would finance Contract #055 to completion and furnish to any contractor equipment on same at the following prices:
