On motion of Governor Crothere, seconded by Mr. Hutton, it was ordered thut as soon as plane for the Sharptown Bridge are approved by the Government, that specifications be prepared and the bridge advertised for construction.
Dr. Remsen moved that the question of securing the Conowingo Bridge be referred to Governor Orothers, to take such steps as he may deem proper. The motion was seconded by Dr. Clark, and adopted.
Governor Crothers moved a survey made of about Z% miles of road in Howard County, between Snell's Bridge and Clarksville.  The motion was seconded by Mr. Button, and adopted.
On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Dr« Clark, it was ordered that plans and specifications be prepared for about five miles of road in Allegany County, running east from Flintstone.
On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Dr. Remsen, plans and specifications were ordered prepared for road in Charles County, for about three miles southerly from Bryan-town.
On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Dr. Remsen, plans and specifications were ordered prepared for roads in Garrett County, of about four miles through Accident towards the National Pike at Boyds, and of three miles \vest from the Piney Grove Section towards Grantsville.
On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Hutton, plans and specifications were ordered prepared for about five miles of road in Harford County, from Grafton Shops to Jarretts-ville.
