Mr. Hutton moved that the request of the Road Directors of Allegany County to construct l£ miles of the Mt. Savage Road be granted, with the understanding that they will be reimbursed for the cost of this work in the event there are any funds available for this purpose. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. The motion was seconded by Llr. Lloyd, and adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that the County Commissioners of Construction of road from IJoore's^ioomioo County be authorized to construct the section of road 0or.towards .alien - L'loore's Cor. comprising about three miles, fron Moore's Corner towards Alien, to lonytank. and a short section from Tonytank to Moore's Corner, when plans for same are completed. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. On motion of Mr. Shoemaker, seconded by Mr. Hutton, it was agreed that in consideration of the Park Board permitting an outlet for a catch basin to be laid across Clifton Park into a small stream, the State Roads Commission will not give permits for sewerage to be discharged into this park stream, and that the Park Board shall have the right to remove the outlet whenever it finds sewerage being so discharged, Outlet .for catch-basin across Clifton Park.
