AD JOURIJED: Attest Secretary. Baltimore, Md., April 5th, 1911. Forty-ninth Meeting, Present. llinutes not read, Delegation with regard to Forest Hill-Jarrettsville Hd. The Regular Semi-monthly meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, this Wednesday, April 5th, 1911, at ten o'clock A. M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tuoker, Dr. Remsen, Dr. Clark, Messrs. Shoemaker and Button. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read. Mr. George A. Games as spokesman for a delegation of citizens of Harford County, addressed the Board regarding the condition of the Forest Hill-Jarrettsville Road, stating that he hoped this road would be improved by the Commission at an early date. Mr. Tuoker assured the members of the delegation that it was the Intention of the Commission to include the road between Grafton Shops and Jarrettsville in the next letting made for Harford County.
