T5r. Remsen moved that the Chairman conmunicate with the County Authorities regarding these two charts, and if a satisfactory explanation is made, that these charges be paid. The motion was seconded "by Governor Crothors, and adopted. A bill from the County commits eionyrs of Worcester "ounty amounting to $10.00 for damage to farm crops within the right-of-way on the Snow Hill-"Berlin Road was submitted. Governor rrothers moved that the County OommieBioners of Worcestur County "be allowed this charre of $10.00 for damage to crops. The motion was secaded "by T'r. Kutton, and adopted. A statement, from the County Commission irs of T'ontrromary County showing a charge of $101.92 for pumping outfit and $118.98 for transportation, etc., of labor for use on State Road work, was submitted to the Board. On motion of Dr. pamsen, seconded by governor brothers, it was agreed that the charr-e for pumping outfit "be not allowed, and all the items contained in charge of $118.98, except expenses of person soliciting labor (amounting to $22.35), bo paid. The motion was carried. WHRRBAS, ?.'r. Tank Furst and "r. T. ". Hood, Jr., Chief Engineer of the United Railways & "Electric Company of Baltimore, suggested the passing of a resolution in tha following form, and statad that the United Railways & electric Company would "be bound by the provisions therein contained: ?'r. ^shoemaker offered the following, which waa unanimously adapted: RESOLVRD, that the Chief Engineer be instructed to allow the contractors to proceed with their work of paving with vitrified brick tha Falls Road, the pavement to fit the rail* of the United Railways and Rlectric Company as now laid, on the condition that as promptly as possible it will be determined by a competent expert agreed upon between this Commission and the United Pailwaye & Electric Company, whether or not the existing grades and elevations of the railway tracks are such as should have bean followed by said Commission in this road, and provided further, that in case said expert shall determine that a modification of said existing grades and elevations of eaid railway tracks should have been made, as suggested by the Chief Engineer to the Commissicn under date of November 15th, 1^10, or otherwise, then the united Railv/ays &
