Parkhouse be notified to the effect that this matter should "be taken up with the Highway CommisBioners of "Baltimore County. The motion was seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, and adopted. An application from the County roramiseioners of Caroline County for a State Aided Road from the Town Limits of Tianton to the Willow pond in Tuckahoe ?Teck, also for the building of a State Road under said law from Sandy island ^ridp-e to the ^alaware State Line was presented to the "Roard. On motion of Mr. shoemaker, seconded "by T>r. Clark, the Chief Engineer was instructed to make a survey and prepare plane for the two roads in compliance with said application. The motion was carried. Dr. Clark moved that the request of T'r. White of Worcester County for a fourteen foot road through the village of Newark, be granted. The motion was seconded by ?Tr. Hutton, and adopted. On nation of ^r. riark, seconded "by Mr. Hutton, it was agreed that all bills, this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be pa^d. The notion was adopted. The Chiaf Engineer r 3 command 3d the employment of a -»'rj Klein aa engineering inspector at a salary of .filOO.OO per month. On motion, duly seconded and adopted, the engineer's recommendation was approved. On motion of Dr. nl.-rk, duly seconded and carried, the Commission adjourned.
