On motion of  Governor  Crothars,   seconded by ^r.  pamsen,   it was agreed that this mattar "ba postponed until   tha naxt meeting of tha "^oard.     The motion waa adopted.
Tha  Chief TSnginear recommended  for approval by the ^oard a revised plan of the Harford Road submitted by the  City for the  shifting  of  tha   tracks of  the United Railv/ays Company to  tha  cantre  of tlva  roadway bat-.vaan  the "R.   % n.  p.   P.  and "^rdman Avenue.

I'r.   -ojrnard Carter  and T-'r.   j,  T.T.  Hood,   Jr.,   appeared before the Board on "behalf   of   the Unitsd Railways  Company,   requesting that said Company bo  permitted to  uee broken  stunas  instead of  concrete as a base  fjr   its  tracks  on the  Liberty Road.
On motion  of "Hr.  R-jnsen,   it was apraed that  this   question be  placed bofora  the   City  Authorities  to ascartain  thair wishes  in the matter,   and that  an  ap^eenant  ha praparad  for execution containing the  character  of construction a^raaahia  to  the   "ity Authorities.     Tha  motion was sacondad by -T.   ShoĞmakyr,   and adopted.
