Adjournment Mr. Tnitton moved that two bills of the TTnited Railways & Electric Company, amounting to $125.42, for resetting poles to conform with curb and grade on contract ^0180, be paid. The motion was seconded by J'r, shoemaker, and adopted. Mr. Hutton moved that the bill of yr. John T/r. Tittle for services in connection with searching of title of the Baltimore and Yorktown Turnpike, amounting to $50.00, be paid. The motion was seconded by Yr, f-hoeraaksr, and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that all bills and estimates this day approved by the Auditing Committee, be paid. The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and adopted. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission wae held at its offices, Union Trust building, Baltimore, vd., this Wednesday, October 12th, 1910, at 10:30 o'clock A. M. Present: frOV3rnor brothers, chairman Tucker, T)rs. Pemsen and Clark, and Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read. Chairman Tucker recommended the purchase by the State Recommendation for purchaee of *oads Commission of the ^oonsboro Turnpike, comprising about 10 Booneboro,Frederick and Em- mile* at $1200 P'3r rall«*» th. per mile. Governor Crothars moved that these questions be postponed until the next meeting of the Commission. Dr. Ramsen seconded the motion, which was adopted. mitsburg Turnpikes .
