The Chairman  submitted a proposition from tha  County  Commissioners of rontp-omary County  regarding the   rebuilding of   the  bridge
Terme  of payment  for bdpe.     On th3 Blair Road ovor Northwest "Branch under the  State   Aid T,aw,   and
stated that  ha had informed the  County CoTtmissioners  that  one-half of the  cost  of  the "bridge  would be paid for under  State  Aid  when the  section of  road from the end  of the  "Rlair *?oad  (Section  3)   is completed for about  2500 feet  to   a point  about   200 feet "beyond said bridge,   when   the balance with  the   State   to  the  credit of the  bounty shall be  sufficient for the purpose.

\ rscoranandation from tha Thief ^ntfineer as to the Railway track space on the Harford and liberty Roads was read to the "Poard, stating "whore the tracks are in the centre of the roadway, a concrete base be placed under the ties, or that in case of the omission of this concrete base under the ties, the concrete base under the brick paving be omitted and replaced with travel".
Mr. Shoemaker moved that the recommendation of the Chief Engineer "be adopted.  The motion was seconded "by T, Remsen, and adopted.
The matter of two bills from the Unit 3d railways & -ojlectric Company for expenses incurred in the removal of their tracks on the Falls Road was discussed by the "Roard, and on motion of ^r, Remsen, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the question was referred to the Chairman and Chief Enginser, with instructions to communicate with the T?ail-waya Company to the effect that owing to discrepancies in the bills
