page 233. September 9th, 1910, at 11 o'clock A. I'. Present, Minutes not read. Approval of Auditing Committee requested on Construction accounts. V/arrant on State Treasurer. \Varrant on State Treasurer for Annapolis Boulevd . Warren Bros, requested to sign bond for contract on Harford Rd. Following sections of road to be advertised. Back Creek-Delaware Cross Roads. Jefferson Pike-Petersvl. Petersvl.- Knoxville. Conowingo Brdg,-DublinC .R. Balto .Co .Line-Bel air Tnpk, Present: Coy-amor Shoemaker and Hutton. , Chair-nan Tuckor, ''essrs. The minutes of the previous maetirr of the ^ommission were not read. The. Chairman presented construction accounts for road work being done "by the several counties for approval by the Audit-inn Committee, so that same mir;ht "be paid. Governor Hrothers moved that these accounts be paid, on vote being taken,!*!*. Hutton and the Chairman voted "Aye" ; T'r, Shoemaker voted "Mo". The motion was lost. Governor Crothers moved that the Chairman be authorized to draw his warrant on the State Treasurer for the sure of £17,734, to be paid out of the state Roads fund for expenses of State Road work. The motion was seconded by "r. Shoemaker, and adopted. On motion of Governor Oroth^rs, seconded by ^'r. Shoemaker, tha Chairman was authorized to draw his v/arrant on the State Treasurer for the sum of $5,000, to .be paid out of the appropriation for the Baltimore & Annapolis "Boulevard, in accordance with the Acts of 1910, Chaptar 116, for expanses of road work. On motion of "r. Hutton, it was apreed that \Varren Brothers be requested to eipn bond for the amount of their bid for work on the Harford Road from North A vunuo to Atlantic Avsnue, plus price of farro-concrste bridge ""R% -..-ith the rirht reserved to chanre the character of the bridre. Tha motion \vas seconded by *rr. Shoemaker, and adopted. On motion of *rr. Shoemaker, duly seconded and adopted, the Chairman was authorized to advertise for bids on the follov.-inp; sections of road: On the road from *!lkton to the "Hack Crsek Ttelaware Cross Roads, in one section, a distance of about 3 miles, (stone macadam); and from the *>ack Creok Delaware Cross Poads to Chesapeake City, in one section, a distance of about 2.47 miles ; (stone macadam). On the. road from the end of the Jefferson Pike to P-at^rsville, in one section, a distance of 4.43 miles, (stone macadam); and on the raad between Petersville and Knoxville, in one section, a distance of P.67 miles, (stone macadam). On the road from the Conov/in^o "Rridpre to TJublin Cross Roads, in one section, a. distance of about 4.27 miles, (stone macadam); and on the road from the Baltimore County Line to the Eclair Turnpike, in one section, a distance of about 2.7 miles, (stone macadam).
