Mr. Shoemaker offered the following resolution: "RSSOL'7SD, that tha United States ?idality & guaranty Company of Baltimore be> notified that, unless sufficient force is put on at once to guarantee the completion of the work on Contract #0141 by October 15, the State Roads Commission will be compelled to take charge of the woric and complete it at their expense." The resolution was unanimously adopted.
