Permission to Consolidated Gas Company to establish pole line on Falls Rd. from City i<ine tp Cold Spring Lane.
Upon motion of Mr. Shoemaker, duly seconded by Mr. Huttoi , it was ordered that the Engineering Department proceed at once to prepare plans and specifications for the bridge asked for by the County Commissioners of Queen Anne's County on the road between Centreville and Wye ?/ills, and that the County rommissi oners be notifiad of this fact and that if the County constructs the "bridge according to the plans and specifications prepared by the Engineering Department of the State Roads Commission, under the supervision of the Engineering Department, that the rjounty will be reimbursed for same from any monias that may be available out of the State Roads fund when that section of the road is taken over for improvement.

The Chairman submitted a communication from the County Commissioners of Montgomery County, signed by Tir. ^. PCnight, Road Supdrint3ndant, under data of July 26th, 1910, in reference to constructing a. "bridge on the Blair Road over "orthwest ^ranch, which Road is ultimately to be a State Aid Poad.
?fr. Shoemaker moved that the Engineering Department be instructed to proceed with the survey for the bridge asked for by the County Commissioners of the aforegoing County as soon as possible, with the understanding that one-half of the cost will be paid out of any funds that may hereafter become available under the State Aid Law.  Governor Crothers seconded the motion, which was adopted*

The Chairman  submitted a communication from the consolidated Gas,  Blectric Light & Power Company of Baltimore, in which they make application for permission to establish poles,  with the necessary wires and other equipment,   on Falls "Road,  from the City Una northerly to Cold Spring Lane.     The ftnginaering department of the Stat« ftoaMi Commission recommend that permission be granted the above mentioned Company to erect the poles.
