The minutes  of the  previous m3etin,<r of  the Conunission were
not read.
Permit  of Washington,bpa
Spring & Gretta R.it-Co. to lay single track on Balto. & Wash. Boulevard signed.
Mr. shoemaker moved that the permit to the Washington, Spa Spring and Cfrotta Railroad Company, for the laying of a single track on the "Baltimore and Washington "Boulevard "between Washington and Bladensburg, be signed by the members of the commission, and a duplicate copy of said permit delivered to the aforesaid Railroad Company.  The motion was seconded by Governor Crothers, and adopted.
Messrs. i?rance and Hood of the United Railways company appeared before tha Commission in rer^ard to the character of construction of the road bed on the palls Road between the tracks of said Railways Company.  !lo action was taken.
Governor brothers moved that all "bills this day approved Approved bills ordered paid.  by the auditing coirmittee, "be paid.  The motion was seconded by Trr.
