KC-JA P*g« 212. Baltimore, Md., July 7th, 1910. T?/enty-first Meeting. Present. Reading of Uinutee dispensed with. Execution of Supplementary Agreement between Commission and united hallways Company. Thanks of Commie8ion tendered Attorney-General for services, uotion to Adjournment, The regular meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Thursday, July 7th, 1910, at 12 o'clock Noon. Present; Governor crothers, Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hut ton. The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission was dispensed with. Attorney-r-.eneral Straus submitted to the Commission an agreement supplementary to the agreement of April 29th, 1909, between the United Railways and Electric Company and the State Roads Commission. Mr. shoemaker moved that said agreement be approved and signed by the members of the State Roads commission. The motion was seconded by Governor Crothars, and adopted. On motion of Mr. shoemaker, seconded by Fr. Futton, the sincere thanks of the Commission was terrdered the Attorney General for his services in connection with the agreement between the United Railways and "Electric Company and the State Roads Commission. On motion, duly seconded and carried, the Commission adj ournad. ADJOUR7TED: Chai rman. Secretary. Baltimore, Md., July 12th, 1910. Twenty-second Meeting, Present. A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., this Tuesday, July 12th, 1910, at 11 A. M. Present; Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Shoemaker and Rut ton.
