Dr.   Clark,  and adopted.
Dr.   Clark moved that the  chief Engineer be authorised to have a surrey made of the penby Pike,  as also  of the roads to  the Bast and West,  from Smallwood to Westminster.    The motion was duly seconded and adopted.
On motion of Dr.   Clark,   the Counsel  to  the Commission was
Counsel authorised to have	authorized to have the title  to the portion of the Frederick Road title  of Frederick Rd.saarchad    in Baltimore County searched.    Mr.   Shoemaker seconded the motion,
which was adopted.
Bills ordered paid,
Dr.   Clark moved that  the following bills,   this day approved by the Auditing Committee,  be paid.    Mr.  Button seconded the motion, which was adopted.
