Spindle Rail authorized on "bridge over Nanticoke River at y Senator E. ^. rroslin of Caroline County appeared "before the Commission regarding the matter of a rail for bridge to be built on a Shoemaker Road, the contract for which was recently awarded, and stated that the people of Haroline County were extremely anxious to have a spindle rail on this bridge at an additional cost of $1000., half of which amount they were willing to raise, if the State Roads Commission wouldbear the expense of the remaining half. Dr. pern sen moved that the request of Senator Goslin to have a spindle rail instead of solid rail, as shown in contract, substituted on bridge over vanticoke River at ^ederalsburg, at an additional cost of not more than Five Hundred Collars ($500.00) to the State, be granted.
