Co. dated April 29th, 1909, an'd especially as to the provisions imposing on the State Roads commission the expanse of relocating any tracks which it may bs found necessary to relocate upon any of the roads over which this Commission has jurisdiction. Dr. Ramsen offered the following resolution in regard thereto; "RESOLVED, that the Attorney cr-«neral be, and he hereby is, instructed to take such legal proceedings as he may de^m appropriate, to reform and modify the contract entered into under date of April 29th, 1909, with the United Railways and Electric Company of Baltimore City, BO as to make the same conform to the intention of the qtate Roads Commission in executing it, namely, so ae to confine the terms and provisions of the contract to the Baltimore and York, "Raliimore and Harford, and Baltimore and Jerusalem or (Bel Air) Turnpike Roads mentioned therein, as intended to be transferred to this Commission by the said Railways Company, and not to any other roads or streets whatever. And further, to obtain an adjudication from the courts, construing the duties and powers of the State Roads commission under the statutes relating to it with respect to the jurisdiction of this Commission, and vath respect to the expense of making any change, disturbance or relocation of any tracks or property of a^y such corporation upon any such roads or streets." The foregoing resolution was seconded by ^rr. Hutton, and adopted. Chairman authorized to make affidavit to proceedings instituted by Atty-Qen'l. Bills order 3d paid. Dr. Clark offered the following: "RfSSOT/YED, That the Chairman of the State Roads Commission be authorised to sign and make affidavit on its behalf to any proceedings \vhich the Attorney-fTenoral may institute in court, in accordance with the resolution laet above passed by the Commission." Kr. Shoemaker eeconded the foregoing resolution, which was adopted. On motion of T. Clark, seconded by ^r.
