contract  in Harford County from the  end  of the  stone  road at Kalmia to 7TcCann's  Corner,   a distance of 2.22 miles,   "be withheld, until such  time  as  the  Chairman and  Chief "<?ngineer  can  take  up with  the County Commiesioners the  question  of their  original  offer as to  a concrete bridge,   and import back to   the foard.
It \vas moved,   seconded and  carried that  the  Chairman  take  up with :'r.   T. "".  Frech,   the  question of a reduction in his bid
price  on a  section  of the •nelair Road,   Baltimore County,   from "Meeker to perry Kal.l,   a distance  of about  2.54 miles,   with power to  award  said contract,   if,   in  the  judgment  of the  Chairman a satisfactory   figure  is  a<rreed upon.

A Special Meeting of the  State  Roads Commission was held this Tuesday,  May 31st,   1910,   at   its    offices,   union Trust Building,   Baltimore,  ?'d.,   at  two  o'clock P.  ?,*.
Present:     Chairman  Tuckjr,  Messrs.   Shoemaker,   Hutton,   Remsen and Clark.
The minutes of the previous meetings  of the  Commission were read and approved.
Attorney General  Straus appeared before the Board to  render an opinion as to  the provisions of the contract between the United Railways & Electric Company and the  State Roads Commission,
