Deed for portion of Liberty Road presented for execution Application of Spa Springs R.R.Co. to lay tracks on A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Saturday, May 31st, 1910, at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., at 10 o'clock A. M. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker, Button, Remsen and Clark. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read. The Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company, represented by Bernard Carter, Esq., requested the Commission to aign an agreement whereby the said Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company would be permitted to extend its pole line on the York Road from Parkton to the State Line. On motion of Dr. Remsen, duly seconded and carried, said Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company was granted the right to erect said pole line on the York Turnpike according to the terms and provisions as contained in said agreement, and that same be executed by the Commission Mr. Bernard M. Carter, representing the American Telephone & Telegraph Company, presented an application and form of permit, whereby the said Telephone & Telegraph Company might be authorized to lay conduits along the Philadelphia Road between the City Limits and Herring Run. Dr. Clark moved that said permit be granted authorizing the American Telephone & Telegraph Company to lay said conduits on the Philadelphia Road between the City Limits and Herring Run. The motion was seconded by Dr. Remsen, and adopted. Mr. T. Rowland Slingluff presented for execution by the State Roads Commission a deed from the Baltimore & Liberty Turnpike Company for that portion of the Liberty Road in Baltimore City and to Buck's Lane in Baltimore County, On motion of Dr. Remeen, duly seconded and carried, it was ordered that the deed from the Baltimore & Liberty Turnpike Company be executed, provided the six mortgages of said Turnpike Company held by Frank H. Callaway, be released. An application of the Spa Springs and Gretta Railroad Company to lay tracks on the Baltimore and Washington Boulevard,
