In the matter of thy Leonardtowr Town Commissioners ordinance regarding travel ovar the streets of the town, it was understood that the Chairman should write the Town authorities that ha had conversed with the Contractors, and that they expected to do what v/as fair and proper. Dr. Clark moved that all hills approved "by the Auditing Committej "be ordered paid. The motion was seconded by T'r. Shoemaker and adopted. Shoemaker moved that the Roads Commission contribute one-half the expense of the relocation of the "bridge at ^ederalsburg, provided the cost does not exceed the Bum of $75.00. The motion was seconded by T>r. Clark, and adopted. A communication from tho Chief "Engineer as to transfers of employes, under date of Fay 4th, 1910, was read, and on motion of T>r. Clark, seconded "by rr. Shoemaker, the action of the Engineer was approved. The letter from the Chesapeake & Potomac Telephone Company regarding rights of way for poles on the line of the york Road, was referred to Counsel, together v.'lth the -jvritten recommendations of the Chief Engineer in regard thereto.
