A communication was  recoiv3d  from Dr.   Churles  A.  Walls,, of Princo  T-orge's County,   in  rjrrard to   th3  Central   Avenue   and Buena Vista roads  in  said County.

Clark moved that  the   Chairman   communicate v/ith "nr. \Ytills  to  tha   jffjct   that  as  tha  State 'Roads  Commission now has under construction  in   said County,   roads aggregating 17 miles, that   the  Commission  does not  see   its way  clear   to  taka up  the matter  contained in the  communication  of T>r.   Welle.     The motion was   seconded by T'r.   Shoemaker,   and  it was adopted.
Dr.   Clark moved that all "bills which had "been  approved by the  Auditing  Committer,   he  paid.     Said hills were  as  follows:

The motion was   seconded by "r.   Shoemaker  and adopted.
IT.   Shoemaker moved  that  the  counsel's Pecommendation' as  to  the   payments  due  on the  contracts  of McHorm Jck and Company which  are "being completed "by the Bonding   Companies,   namely,   that the  amounts  due   on  estimates  under the  contracts  of !rc^ormick & Company "be  paid to   said "Bonding  Companies   .vhich are  completing said  contracts.     The motion was  seconded "by Dr.   Clark,   and adopted.
On motion  of T'r.   Shoemaker,   seconded by  "Dr.   Clark,   the Commission adjourned  to  meet  Thursday,  Way 5th,   1910,   at   its offices,   Union Trust Building,   Baltimore,   ITaryland,   at  10:30 o' clock A.  }'.
