Robinson,   of Hollidaysburg,   Pa.,   from  the  Standard    Supply Company,   Altoona,   Pa.,   and  the "^iret "aticnal ""ank of Hollidaysburg,   Pa.,   were  received and T.   Femsen moved  that  the  contract v/ith  Ira C-.  Robinson ba  approved.     !.foticn  seconded by T.rr. Mutton,   and adopted.
At   this juncture  City  Solicitor Poe  appeared before the  Commitision  in r-irrard to   the T,ib-jrty Turnpike  Company's  deed. After  discussing  the  matter,   it \vas  finally understood that   the city  Solicitor would have  the  cit;y  pass  on   the  title  of  the Lib'-irt^.   Turnpike  Company and have  a proper resolution passed by the  City  authorities  to   the   effect   that  the  City  v/ill reimburse the   State "°oads  ^ornraifcsion  if the   commission has  to  assume   the rasponsibility of  changing the   p-as mains,   sev/ers,   tracks,   ?cc., that may be   in  the v/ay  of improving the highr:;ay.

Elder,   of Baltimore,  I.^d.,     75r. Clark moved that  the   contracts \;i th  each  of these parties be approved.     The motion was   seconded by Tir.   "^amean,   and adopted.
The Chairman reported that P^ter  .'r.   nonnolly,   of Tanaica Plain,   ^uston,   "ass.,   had accepted  the  contract  f,-r v;ork in Prince  G-jorr- ' s  County,   at   his bid price,   with   the  understanding  that  the   quantity   of  excavation would not be  reduced.
The  Chairman   stated  that   the  Highway  Construction  Company had accepted the Wd stern   section   in Washington   County,   but had  declir.ad  to   take   the   -'lasterly section  of 4 miles at the bid of Fisher &  Carozza  in 190(J.
Also   that   the Highway  Construction  Company had bean awarded   the   contract   for work  ir.  Alleg-any Coun.ty,   from the  Six-T'ile }Ious<i   to ?lintstone.
The  Chairman  further  stated that   in  ''Jarrett  county, I'essrs.   Hoblitzell & Price v/ould not  accept a reduction  on macadam,   as   sugrastjd by  the  ^ommission,   but will  accept  the work at  the  ^npinaer's estimate,   and recommended that the  contract be  awarded to  them.     Thereupon T>r.   Clark mored that the contract  for  work  in Garrett  County be  awarded ?'essrs.   Hoblitzell & Price,   of j'yersdala,   Pa.,   at  the Engineer's estimate. The motion was  seconded by T)r.   P 3m sen,   and adopted.
