Hutton moved tliat the bills be paid. !'r. Shoemaker seconded the motion, ar.d it was so ordered. The Chairman also presented bills of John n. Louis for vl3.50 and one uf Caroline County for f 171. 00. T'r. Hutton moved that the bills be paid. T>r. Clurk offered a substitute that the bill of John C, Louis be paid, but that the bill of Caroline County "--e rof erred to the "^nginoer's Office for checking up before payment. The notion of "^r. Clark was seconded by "r. Shoeraakt-r. T)r. Clark moved that the Commission adjourn to meet 7riduy, April 8th, 1^10, at 9 o'clock A. M. The motion was seconded by I.Tr.
