The  reading  of the minutes  of the   previous meeting   of the  Commission was diiip^nsed \vith.
The   Chairman   read  a  letter  from  the   ^rational  Surety Company requistinp   that   payments   on contracts  he ?r^,de   to   them instead of   to   TTcCornick ^ Company,   and  on motion  of !.'r.   Shoemaker, seconded "by "^r.   Ho ins on,   the matter was referred  to   counsel,   leaving  the  selection  of  said  counsel to  the  Chairman.
J5r.   shoemaker moved that   the   contractor  on the   Calvert County work  (Pisher <%  Carozza)  "he  notified  to   p;o ahead with the grading  of  the road,   omitting the   slope   opposite  the  George Owinge'   property.     The motion was seconded "by I'r.  Hutton and adopted.
