Dr. Remsen moved that LTessrs. Douglas K. Thomas and ?'r. ?rank ?T. He en "os asked to na:ac an Auditing Hcrapany to audit the accounts of the Commission.  The motion v:as seconded "by Dr. Clark, and adopted.
