"Whereas,   by "Resolution  of Juno  4th,   190..',   it  was  ordered by tMs  Commission that   "the  method of keeping  the  accounts  of  the Oomi ssion  as  supjrested  by the   Auditir.fr Committee  with   such  modifications  and  additions  as conditions  warrant,   be  adopted,"   (said Ceiomitteo  beinp; "esers. Whereas,   by Resolution   of April  3rd,   1909,   the   said Auditing Committee  was   "requested  to   submit   to  the  Corrunission  the   name  of some   suitarle  person \v!ior:i they '.vould  recor.mcnd for   th.e  position  of "bookkeeper   ;     and
\iQiereat5, in compliance \vith this request the said Aud^tinr Corarnittee, after careful consideration of a number of applicants for the position, did recommend a suitable person; and
Whereas,   the  only account   that has been kept   so   far "by this  Commission  is a Cash !~ok;     therefore

Shoerria'<cr   • c   trr.po-.vcred as a Commit',ee   to   employ a "bookkeeper  in  conformity \vith  th.e   recitals  and resolutions horotoi'.-re   introduced by  "r.   f>hoema'-:?r,   and in  the  ev^nt  of  their  not  heinr  a>le   to   secure  at   once  a bookkeeper satisfactory  to   this   sub-committee,   that   they   employ  the Baltimore Audit   Company  to  carry   out  the   v/orl-r contemplated in  these  resolutions.
