The   Chairman  reported that   the  committee  appointed  to confer v.'ith  the   City authorities  re.-ardinp  the  a-r?sr.ent "between the   State Reads  Commission  and the  United Railways  Pr. "^lectric Company,   had called upon  City  Solicitor Poe  v/ho  had promised  to   look into   the matter and rive   the  Commission a written  opinion.     The  Cho.i: man  desired  to   report  progress  ar.d  asked for  an  extension  of   time.
Governor  Civ thers moved that  the	Commission adjourn   to
meet December 16th,   1909,   at   10:30  o'clock	A.  M.     The motion wac
seconded "by Dr.   P.ensen,   an;'   the   Commission	adjourned.
