Presentation and Approval of Mil of Kelly-Springfield Roller Company. The Chairman called the meetinp; to order. Present; Governor Austin T,. Crothers, Chairman John y. Tucker, T)ra. Ira Remsen and V/m. "^. Clark, and Fessrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The }Tinutes of the last two meetings of the Commission v.-ere read and approved. The Chairman presented the following bills; The Trussed Concrete Steel Company, $535., steel for the bridge in St. Mary's County, Contract #020 ; Sp-rinrfield State Hospital, two hills of $1063.79 and $1669.39 for labor and materials for work in Carrcll County ; The Road directors of Allep-any County, $3059.46, on account of road work in Allerany County, $3059.46, or, account of road -vork in Allegany County. On motion of C-overnor Crothers, seconded by Dr. Pemsen, the payment of said "bills was approved. The Chairman presented certain bills, amounting to $7000.24, which bills had been approved by the Auditing Committee. Dr. R eras en moved that the payment of said bills be authorized. Francis, (Contract #0161), 3468.60 The Chairman presented an agreement between the "Board of County Commissioners of Harford County and the State Roads Commission, regarding the erection of a bridge across Deer Creek. On motion of JTr. Shoemaker, seconded by ^r. Clark, the matter was referred to the counsel to the Commission. The Chairman presented a bill of The Kelly-Springfield Road Roller Company for one month's rent of a roller from October 15th to November 15th, 1909, $150.00, on the Sykesville-^lders-burg Road. Dr. Remsen moved that the bill be approved for payment. Governor Crothers seconded the motion, which was adopted.
