Presentation of Bills
Bills.
Continuance  of Work under Contracts until after Nov.   1,   1909.
Mr.   Shoemaker moved  that  the  Commission approve  the action  of  the Baltimore  County Highways  Commission in granting permission to  the Park Heights Water Company to lay two  service pipes  on  the  West   side  of Park Heights Avenue,   it being understood  that   such work would not affect  the  new roadbed.     Dr. Clark seconded  the  motion which was  adopted.
The  Chairman  presented certain "hills,   amounting to $85,7<J5.25,   which "bills had "been approved by  the  Auditing Committee.     Dr.   Clark moved  that payment  of said bills be authorized.     The motion was  seconded by i'r.  Hutton and adopted. The "bills are  as follows:

Mr.   Shoemaker  offered the  following;     "Be  It Resolved,   that  the  engineer  is  hereby authorized to  approve the  continuance  of work under  all  contracts  now in effect, and  to  approve  the  continuance  of the   laying  of macadam,   surfacing and paving after the  first   day of November,   1909,  until such time  as he   shall notify  the   several contractors to   stop work on  such portions,   or all  of the  work,   as he may deem advisable.     Be  it Further Resolved,   that   in the  event,   and only on the  condition  that  the   several   contractors respectively,   and their respective  sureties,   ^ivho  have  contracts with the  State  Roads  Commission,   enter into a supplementary agreement,   to  be  prepared by the   counsel  to the   Commission,   and
