investigation,   stone   in  sufficient  quantity and   of  certain character be  found  on  or  near   the   line   of   the  road.     The  motion was seconded by "r.   Shoemaker and  adopted.
•.'r.   Hutton moved  that  the "bid  in Washington  county, Pisher & Carozsa,   of $37,934.80 "be   rejected.     The motion was duly  seconded and   carried.
C-ovornor  cro thers moved   that  the   contract  for   the  Palls Road  in Baltimore  City  of P.   7.  Reddington & Sons,   amounting   to $41,614.25 be  awarded to  said Reddington & Sons,   provided no special   objection  is  made  on the   part  of the   city people  after a  conference  with   them  "by the   Chairman.     The motion was  seconded by Mr.   Shoemaker and ado; ted.
*'r.   Shoemaker moved that   the  contract for work in Baltimore  County  (Harford Road)   "he  awarded  to  Ttevid V.   Ault at his bid  of $40,677.00.     The  motion was  seconded by Governor Crothers  and adopted.
The matter  of   the  contract for  the  Avestport Road in Baltimore  County was  held  over.
The Corrrnisirion adjourned to meet Triday, September 10th, 1(JO'J, at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, at 10 o'clock A. v.
