Governor Crothers moved tyat in St. Vary's County the State Road be made a 12 ft. 8 in. macademized road from rechanics-ville towards T,eonardtovm, a distance of 5 1/4 miles (contract #020) and that same be awarded to "cCormick •'<: Company, Philadelphia, Pa.  The motion wae seconded "by ?.'r. Shoemaker ar.d adopted.
Governor Crothers moved that that portion of the State Road in St. Mary's County running north from Leonardtovm towards f.Te char icsvi lie, a distance of 3.49 miles, be made a 12 ft. 8 in. macademized road.  The motion was seconded by v'r. Hutton and adopted.
Governor Crothers moved that the work in St. Vary's County under contract /'02l be awarded to >'cnortr.ick & "ompany, Philadelphia, Pa., with the understanding that J/cCormick ft Company will reduce the price of excavation to 30 cents per cubic yard. The motion was seconded by I'r. Shoemaker and adopted.
Mr. Shoemaker moved that the contract for work to be done in Carroll County, Contract ^0201, be awarded to T>avid '"'. Walsh of Westminster, Maryland.  The motion wae seconded by V.T. Hutton and adopted.
