A Special Meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Tuesday, September 7th, 1909, at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, at Twelve o'clock *7obn. The Chairman called the meeting to order. Present: Governor Croth^rs, Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission vere not read. The hour of Twelve o'clock having arrived, the Commission proceeded to open bids for work to be done in Balti- • more City and the following counties, viz: Baltimore, Carroll, Howard, St. Mary's and Washington.
