Reading and Approval of Minutes. Motion to have work in Montgomery County under direction of State Roads Commission. Presentation of Bills. Bills. The regular semi-monthly meeting of the State ^ Commission was held this Thursday, September 2nd, li>09, at its offices, Union Trust building, "Baltimore, Maryland, at >Tine o'clock A. J,T. The Chairman called the meeting to order. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman. Tucker, and Messrs. Hutton and Shoemaker. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were read and approved. !."r. Hutton moved to rescind all previous motions for work to be done on roads in Montgomery County, and moved that the work be done under the direction of the State Poads Commission. There waa no seconded to the motion, which was lost. The Chairman presented a number of bills, which had bvien approved by the Auditing Committee, and on motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the bills were authorized for payment.
