Pago 114, Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment. Governor Crothers movod that the Commission adjourn subject to the call of the Chairman. The motion was duly seconded and the Commission adjourned. ADJOURNTO. Attest: Baltimore, August 27th, 1909. Fifty-sixth Meeting. Present. Reading and Approval of Minutes. Warrant of Chairman. Bond of Chairman. A Special Meeting of the State T?oads r-ornrr.ibsion \vo.e held this Friday,August 27th, 1909, at i^s offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Maryland, at nine o'clock A. v. The Chainr.an called th^ meeting to order. Present: Governor nrothrrs, (Tbairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission v/ere read and approved. Governor Crothers moved that the Chairman be authorized to draw a warrant upon the State Treasurer in the sum of "Fifty Thousand Hollars ($50,000.), and deposit the same in the Merchants National Bank of Baltimore. The motion was seconded by Kr. Hutton, and adopted. Governor Crothers moved that the Chairman of this Commission "be bonded by some Bonding Company in the sum of Twenty-five Thousand Dollars, and that the premium on said bond "be paid by this Commission, The motion was seconded by Mr. Hutton, and adopted.
