"r.   Shoemaker moved that   the  action of the  Commission of July  27th,   1909,   regarding  the  width of the  road   in  Queen Anneis County be  reconsidered,   and that   instead of making the  road 12 feot,   it be  awarded on the basis of  a 14 feet road,   according to plans  and  specifications  originally drawn.     Seconded "by Mr. Hutton,   and adopted.
Mr.   Shoemaker moved that  the  contract for work   in Queen Anne's County,   (Centreville Road)  Contract #0102,   3.14 miles,   be awarded to McCormick & Company,   of Philadelphia,  Pa.,   according to the original plans and specifications for a fourteen feet road. The motion was  seconded by JJTr.  Hutton,   and adopted.
Mr.   Shoemaker moved that contract  #0100,   in Queen  Anne's County,   (Chestertown Road)  3 miles,  be' awarded to Fayette if. Latham,   of Baltimore,   upon the condition that  the  chairman,   upon investigation,   finds him financially responsible.    The motion was seconded by Mr.  Hutton,   and adopted.
Mr.   Shoemaker moved that  two miles of road in Allegany County from "Sckhart Mines  to the oarrett County line,  be done under the  supervision of the State Roads Commission,   through the Board of Road Directors of Allegany County.    The motion was
