RpJA Page 109. Instructions to Communicate with Park Heights, Pimlico & Arlington Improvement Association. Motion to Adjourn. Adjournment. Upon motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the Secretary was instructed to communicate with the Park Heights, Pimlico and Arlington Improvement Association regarding their communication as to the sidewalk on Park Heights Avenue, and to say at this time the Commission did not feel authori2ed to direct or to request the County Commissioners of Baltimore county to take action in regard thereto. On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Shoemaker, the Commission adjourned to meet Monday, August 16, 1909, at 10 o'clock A. M. ADJOURIWD. Attesti Chairman. Baltimore, Md., August 16, 1909. Communication from Standard A Special meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Monday,August 16th, 1909, at the offices of the Commission, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., at ten o'clock A. M. The meeting was called to order by the Chairman. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, and Messrs. Hutton and Shoemaker. The minutes of the meetings of the Commission of June llth, June 14th, June 16th, June 30th, July 1st, July 12th, July 26th, July 27th, August 2nd, August 5th and August 12th, 1909, were read, corrected and approved.
