Governor Crothers moved that the Engineer proceed with surveys and prepared plans and specifications for a State Road from Overlea east on the Bel Air Road, a distance of 5 miles, or as much thereof as can be constructod. Motion seconded by Fr. Hutton, and adopted. On motion of Governor Crothers, seconded by Mr. Hutton, the Commission adjourned to meet Thursday, August 5, 1909, at 10 o'clock A. M. ADJOURERD. Present; Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the last meeting were not read. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the contract for work in Charles County be awarded to the Rickey-Swann Company, Trenton, N. J., at a reduction in price from 55/ to 45/ on Gravel. The motion was seconded by Governor Crothers and adopted.
