I.Iinutes not read. Opening of Bids. Bids forAlle^any County, A Special meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Monday, July 26, 1909, at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md., at 12 o'clock Noon, Present; Governor ^rothers, chairman Tucker, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. The minutes of the previous meeting of the Commission were not read, The hour of 12 o'clock Noon, having arrived, the Commission proceeded to open bids in the following counties, viz: Howard, Carroll, Allegany, Harford, 'Baltimore (West-port), Baltimore (Philadelphia), Queen Anne's, Somerset and Charles, aggregating about 25-1/2 miles. ALLEGANY COUNTY: Beginning at Frostburg and running about one mile west to the Garrett County line ; and beginning about 1000 feet east of ^rostburg and running about one mile to "flckhart Mines, a total distance of about 2 miles: Macadam.
