It was moved,   seconded and carried  that  Contract .#0190  in Anne  Arundel County "be awarded to  ?resi.;rs.  Fisher *-  Caroaza,  "Baltimore, at $13,253.45,   and their  prices  reduced on  Class  "A" Masonry,   Concrete ?'asonry,   12  inch  Iron Water Pipe,   14  inch Iron Water Pipe,   16  inch Iron Water Pipe,   Guard Rail,   Under Drain and Paved Gutter  to   the price bid by  the Monmouth Construction Company.
The  Chairman   reported  that T.'cCormick & .Company asked for an adjustment   of  their "bid under  contract ^020  in  St.  Mary's  County, claiming   that  prices named "by  them on excavation,   etc.,   were made with  the   understanding from the   specif icati one  which   they  had,   that Uacadam  or Sampittic  surfacing were  also  to be  included,     vo  action was  taken  by  the  Commission.

Kutton moved that   in view of the  preference  expreeced by the Worcester County authorities for the Kel ley-Springfield Roller,   that  this make be purchased on  the  condition  that  the County Commissioners  of Worcester  ^ounty reimburse   the  State Roads Commie si on for   the  same   out   of their regular  county  funds.     The motion was   seconded by Governor Crothers,   and carried.
The motion of Mr.   Shoemaker was  seconded by c-overnor Crothers,   and adopted.
