Presentation of Bills. Bills. The Commission received a letter from the Commissioners for Opening Streets of Baltimore City, regarding the Liberty Road Company's offer of its Road and Dr. Clark moved that the matter be referred to the Chairman and Counsel for settlement in accordance with previous resolutions of the Commission. The Motion was duly seconded and carried. The Chairman read a letter from Charles C. McColgan in reference to the extension of the rails Road and the Chairman was instructed to communicate with Mr. McColgan and say that the Commission is not in a position to respond at this time. The Chairman submitted letter from Mrs. E. E. Husband regarding the relocation of the state Road at Deer Creek through her property, in which she agrees to accept the survey and grant the right of way desired. A letter was received from the Harford County Commissioners regarding the bridge over Bynum's Run, and the Engineer reported that he was having prepared the plans and specifications. The Chairman reported the necessity for a Sprinkler for the Cecil County work, and he was authorized to purchase same. ITr. Shoemaker moved that the matter of a Roller for Worcester County be referred to the chairman and "^gineer with power to act, the cost not to exceed $2700.00. The Chairman presented certain Bills for advertising, materials, expense account, etc., and on Motion duly seconded, the payment of said bills was authorized.
