"Bonds with United Surety Company. Recess. Opening of Bids, Allegany County. Bids. Bid for Tarrett County. A Special meeting of the State Roads Commission was held this Friday, June llth, 1909, at its offices, Union Trust Building, Baltimore, Md. , at 10 o'clock A. M. The Chairman called the meeting to order. Present: Governor Crothers, Chairman Tucker, Messrs, Remsen, Hutton and Shoemaker. The minutes of the previous meetings of the Commission, of June 1st and the 4th, were corrected and approved. Dr. Remsen moved that the Bond of the United Surety Company f or fthe Juniata Paving Company in the matter of Contract, #0120, in Kent County, be accepted. Mr. Hutton seconded the motion, which was adopted, It was moved, seconded and carried, that the matter of other Bonds with the United Surety Company, be taken up and a definite answer be given said Company.
