Page 79. Bills. Communication to "Ralto. Audit Company. Appointment of Auditing Conrni* tee. Purchase by ffngincer of Inspector's Supplies. $ 140.00 166.67 29.23 22.75 358-65 On motion of Dr. Clark, seconded by Governor Crothers, the above bills were authorized to be paid. Governor Crothers moved that the Secretary be directed to write to the Baltimore Audit Company calling on them for the presentation of their "bill for services. Mr. Hutton seconded the motion, which was adopted. Governor Crothers moved the appointment by the Chair of an Auditing Committee of Two Members of this Commission, whose duty it shall fc.8 to examine and audit all bills except salaries before they are paid by this Commission, and that they also audit the books of the Commission at the end of each and every month. The motion was seconded by Dr. Clark, and adopted. The Chair named as such Committee, Messrs. Shoemaker and Hutton. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the Engineer be authorized to purchase certain supplies, such as tapes, etc. needed by the Inspectors in their work, to cost in the neighborhood of $50. to $75. Governor Crothers seconded the motion, and it was so ordered. Mr. Shoemaker moved that the report of the Auditing Committee (Messrs.Douglas H. Thomas and Prank IT. Hoen) regarding their recoia- Report of Auditing Committee, mendation of certain forms, etc., be made the order of the day for Friday, June 4th., 1909. The motion was seconded by Dr. Clark, and adopted. Mr. Shoemaker moved that M1-. Theodore Cooke be permitted to lay the drain asked for by him on the Harford Road in accordance with an agreement to be prepared by the Counsel to the Commission along the lines suggested by Counsel, and that the Chairman be authorized to sign the agreement. Mr. Hutton seconded the motion, which was adopted. Permission to Mr. Theo. Cooke to lay drain on Harford Road. Motion to Adjourn. Mr. Hutton moved that the Commission adjourn to meet on Friday, June 4th., 1909, at 9 o'clock A.M. The motion was seconded by Governor Crothers, and adopted. Adjournment, ADJOURNED. ATTEST: irman.
